I have got introduced to spirituality in an unusual and bizarre twist of events right in the family. There was nothing sweet about that beginning. The subject of spirituality was intriguing enough, the event that occurred in the family has been agonizing too.
Great warrior Arjunan asked a genuine question in Mahabharath as the war unfolded as to why he must earn his land and authority by killing his kith and kin, teachers etc. The lord goes onto explain to him why he must not hesitate at the moment of action and to remain true to his fame as an undefeatable warrior or he said, “the world will ridicule your ‘great warrior’ tag”. I tried to make some sense of his preaching’s by going through the Bhagavad-Gita but never understood it truly well.
When you deal with tough subjects and life events that challenge every inch of your courage, it helps to listen to others with more knowledge and experience in life to get their view of the matter. That’s the reason I wrote this long piece in the first place. Hence please guide me to understand, get over it, and to heal my mind and the rest of those affected.
Also, there is one more reason I wrote the story. See the kind of events that come to haunt families. These days your young son or daughter, your sibling, or friend may be influenced by the most unusual things. Let no more mother lose a son to spirituality and become subjected to lifelong pain. I thought I shall make at least as many people as possible aware so that they could try to do something about such unwanted guidance by the supposed spirituality proponents and human Gods rampant across Indian nation.
You are humbly requested to come out and tell me whatever you feel truly, through the Binsar.com blog, where we opened a comment section for this article. Whether I am right, wrong, or in between, please tell me. Let me know whether it is due to my selfishness I have written this story and tried to stop him? Also what my brother is in fact setting out to achieve by leaving us, his family and pursuing spirituality?
