BDS (General Surgery):
Examination to be held on June 29 has been postponed to July 07 on account of university union election. Timing: 9.30 A.M TO 12.30. No change in other exams.
LLB EXAM:
Five year LLB exam 8,7,6 semester exam will be held on June 30, July 11 and July 25 respectively.
AFSAL-ULAMA I year admission:
Applications invited for admission to Arabic / oriental title (preliminary / two year) college under Calicut university. Application forms will be distributed from July 07 onwards. Last date for filled-in applications is July 22. Admission list would be published on July 29. Interview will begin on August 09. Classes will begin on August 17. Last date for admission: September 18.
MSc Food science and technology:
The result of M.Sc Food science and technology exam held in 2006 May has been published. Last date to apply for scrutiny / re-evaluation, copy of mark list is June 28.
Graduate, postgraduate re-admission:
The distance education department has invited application to second year BA / Bcom, Bsc Maths BBA; Second year MA, Mcom, Msc Maths (regular stream)
Those who had joined first year / second year of the above mentioned courses under distance education / private registration / regular study and unable to continue the course can complete the course by joining under this scheme. But those who have completed P.G course under semester system would not be permitted admission. (Semester students may cancel their registration at Pareeksha Bhavan and join first year under distance education.
Application forms can be obtained from director, School of distance education, Calicut University. Those who need application form by post can send a chalan receipt of Rs 50 with stamped cover (30*20) to the above mentioned address. Forms are available in person by remitting the chalan receipt. Applicants outside kerala should enclose Rs. 50 DD in favour of finance officer payable at SBT Thenhippalam branch.
Examination at centre’s in Qatar, Abudhabi and Dubai:
Kozhikode: First and second year BA, BSc, BCom; BBA first, second and third year and MA, MCom, MSc Previous and regular exams(SDE) will begin on 24 June at the centres in Qatar, Abhu dhabi and Dubai. M.A final exam will begin on 25 and MCom final exam will begin on 29.
Examinations in centre’s within the country:
3rd year BA; BSc; Bcom exams to be conducted at SDE centres outside Kerala as Hyderabad Samdani Educational Society, Mumbai West Malad Institute of correspondence Education, Anchalose computer house will begin on 24.Gujarat Bavnagar Kerala People`s Education Society will conduct second year B.Com exam on the same day(24)
BSc SLH; BPT:
Last date for submitting application to 1year B.Sc S.L.H; BPT COURSES IS JUNE 20.
MA .Geography first semester:
MA Geography first semester (practical / viva) will begin at Chittoor Govt. College on 26 and at Manjeri H.M College of science and Technology on July 05. 3rd semester practical / viva will begin at Chittoor Govt. College on July 04.
