Applications invited for MBA:
The Calicut University has invited applications for MBA courses. Students can apply for two year (four semester) MBA regular at the Commerce and Management Studies in the university, self-financing MBA courses at Kozhikode, Thrissur, Palakkad and Vatakara centres and part-time courses at Kozhikode, Palakkad and Thrissur centres.
Degree with minimum 50 percent marks including language from universities, including Indira Gandhi Open University, is the required qualification. Those who expect results can also apply, who will have to produce their original mark lists at the interview. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories will get mark exceptions.
The admission will be based on entrance examinations to be conducted at Kozhikode, Thrissur and Ernakulam, besides group discussion and interview. Application forms can be availed for Rs 300 (Rs 100 for SC/ ST) through the following addresses:

Those who need application forms directly should remit the money through SBT branches under the Calicut University. Those who want the forms by post should send SBT’s crossed DD. The last date to receive applications for forms is April 30.

BSc Speech, Language and Hearing examination:
The third semester (April 2005) BSc Speech, Language and Hearing examination of the Calicut University will begin on April 6. The detailed schedule of the examinations will be available from examination centres.
BSc Polymer Chemistry (Main) Practical:
The BSc Polymer Chemistry (Main) Practical examination of the Calicut University (April 2005) will begin on April 1.
BAMS examination:
The third professional BAMS supplementary examination of the Calicut University which was originally scheduled for May 4 has been preponed to April 6.
MBBS results:
The results of the third professional MBBS Part I (January 2005) of the Calicut University has been published. The last date to apply for revaluation/scrutiny is April 7.
B.Com/BSc/BBA results published :
The results of the first year B.Com/BSc/BBA examination conducted by Calicut University in April/May 2004 has been published. The results of C.Com and BBA will be available at www.universityofcalicut.org, the website of the university.
Mark lists will be available at examination centres from March 26.
